ERB Industries, Inc. is an ISO9001:2000 certified manufacturer of injection molded thermoplastic parts,
specializing in the production of industrial safety helmets and other personal protection equipment.

Custom and contract injection molding services are available for both short and long production runs,
with press sizes ranging from 120 to 300 tons.

Additional manufacturing services include contract and custom sewing, pad printing, assembly, ultrasonic welding, labeling, packaging, machining, CNC machining, and TIG Welding. Tooling services include engineering, CAD/CAM, product and mold design, prototyping, mold building, mold repair, and maintenance.

ERB Industries is an employee owned company. Founders Florrie and Bill Erb have always prided themselves in offering the best quality products and the best value available. The first injection molding machine was purchased in 1956 and by the early 1970’s a larger facility was established in Woodstock, GA. Continued growth has necessitated several expansion projects since that time.
